level 1 Kenpokid4 · 6y Beat Hazard and I believe the other game is Symphony. A twin stick and vertical shooter respectively that generate levels from .mp3 files. While I believe Audiosurf 1 is better than Audiosurf 2 in some ways, Audiosurf 2 is in no way "awful." Maybe it was close to awful in the beginning, but it has since come a long way. Even more so with the pre-release build.

Audiosurf 2 is better overall. It supports user-made skins and game modes and has a much more interesting track generation algorithm which makes for cooler-looking tracks.
