Already uninstall / reinstall audio drivers. Download and installed latest Intel drivers. In Device Manager, all audio devices reported working. No available devices listed under SOUND. I also has an KVM switch with Audio. So I have a USB Audio in Device Manager too. However, under Sound there is no device listed.

(code 24). there is no driver installed but i never use the serial port anyway.
