The last one seems that pulseaudio can't connect to the alsa output on users. (presume it still use alsa from kernel to masquerade as a system driver.

Alsaconf reports there are no legacy drivers available. Alsamixer ->cards I have HDA Intel PCH Alsamixer ->F6->Select sound card there are 2 options there to select: default or HDA Intel PCH. Not sure what to select. It appears the card is pulseaudio and the chip pulseaudio too. I also have pulseaudio installed. I am in the audio group.

There's a great article on the wiki about getting pulseaudio up and running. Go through it and it should just work.. If it doesn't, make sure alsa works. If speaker-test produces sound, then it does. Once you're certain alsa works, emerge pavucontrol, it's a fine GUI tool for managing basic pulseaudio settings.Set nvidia as your default playback device and it should just work.
