After the entire re-encoding process was done with no errors, I tried the finished mp4 on both my computer and Xbox360 and they worked perfectly. I did this with the few MKV files that were having audio and video sync issues converting with GOTsent and they worked when using Xvid4PSP. Couple notes that may be helpful.
