Just download the Nvidia graphics driver and click custom install. One of the check boxes will be for the Audio. Install it. There is a chance that the BIOS is set to use the HD Audio in Integrated Devices under the Advanced tab. Go into the BIOS and check if it is. I'm not sure if it maters since you are going through the GPU but check it anyway.
