I've got Guitar Hero 2 up and running. Controller inputs are instantaneous but the audio is desynced. I've set the audio latency to the absolute lowest it will go (3ms) but it still feels an entire beat out in relation to the song, no matter what song I play. The in-game calibration tool is fairly broken and usually just makes the notes go even further out of sync.
