With MPC-HC all filters enabled, video/audio is in sync, with SVP disabled bu FFDShow enabled, video/audio is out of sync, especially on 720p files. Playback is smooth it's just out of sync. An video delay of -200ms works for 720p files it seems, but then on SD files the sync is not necessary.

– Haali is the MKV splitter. ffdshow tryouts using only the audio decoder to allow for audio pass thru to Yamaha (all codecs disabled on the video side). – Hardware is DH67BL/Core i3-2100T. – TV settings are set for 59.9x Hz, 1920×1080. Apply everything and close out, including Media Player itself. Restart MPC and see if the stuttering is still there. If your video card is supported (and I believe that model IS supported), then hardware decoding should do the bulk of the work, dropping your CPU from 90% to 20%. The playback should work smoothly and be synced perfectly.
