After updating to OS X Lion, I downloaded Handbrake 0.95 but for reasons unknown to me it's not able to see audio tracks on DVDs anymore. I've noticed that it takes a very long time to scan the DVD titles, and while that's not a big deal I suppose it may be a related symptom. But on the tab for audio there are no tracks found on the DVD.

I only ripped the primary English audio track and subtitles and the initial rip is 45.8 Gb split between the movie at 50.6 Mb/s (1h 56m makes it somewhere around 43 Gb) + DTS+HD audio at 3.42Gb.

First you should open the file and see whether if you use Tools/ Show Video Program info whether there are more than one audio track is listed (and which one is primary!). I’m using V6 and there is a default setting of all audio in the Tools Shift/Options #37 but if you’re not on V6 I’m not sure. It just shows 1 track.
