Denon 2808 sounds a lot better without audyssey. You still have to do the auto setup so that it configures the speakers and distancy. after that, select menu parameter/room eq, and just set it to off. do not select audyssey. Mid range frequency will become much more natural and bass a lot stronger and better defined.
