I know that they are in the folder C:\Users\Chan\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneNote\15.0\OneNoteOfflineCache_Files and have [.onebin] as extension. I could have deleted the files by matching dates and file size but I suspect that this is not the right way to do it.
