I am happy to report that the Keystation Pro 88 is just such an M‑Audio product. Drivers are supplied for Windows 98/ME and Mac OS 9.x users, but OS X and XP users don't need them. Plug the Keystation Pro in via USB with Logic open under OS X, as I did, and a dialogue box immediately reports an extra available two MIDI Ins and one MIDI Out.
