After remuxing it the audio track is suddenly detected as DD+ 7.1 - if I check the channels as it plays there's definitely separate audio for the rear and side surrounds in Kodi. VLC on the other hand always detects (and plays) the file as DD+ 5.1 no matter what. In fact, I can't find a DD+ 7.1 file that is detected (and plays) correctly in VLC.
