There have been a few threads of people trying to run Windows 10 as a Hyper-V VM in windows 7 or 8 and complaining about sound, usb, webcam etc. I only have Windows 10 hosts so can't really confirm it works on old hosts but enhanced session mode (with sound, usb pass-through, iSight) works for me running 10 on a 10 host.

Lets start off by the saying sound has nothing to do with hyperv. If you want the sounds of guest vms to just come out of your host's speakers, then you're barking up the wrong tree.
