Screenflow exports as MP4 for the iPad preset, but as you know MP4 is a wrapper and supports many types of encoding (from what I know, I’m no video expert). I decided to try this with a short clip exported from iMovie at 1280 X 720, H.264, AAC audio and then used Compressor to export with the iPad preset (H264, AAC audio, same dimensions).
