Same Problem here, audiodg.exe comsume to much CPU usage, and WOW will not run properly. quite upset about this question, I've already tried different IDT HD audio Driver, or Win7 x64 default driver, and disabled all enhancements for speakers, didn't help at all. and this problem just arise recently, probably half a month ago.
