It will warn you that idvd needs to re-encode all the assets again so click ok and let it re-encode what ever it can. Try that and see if the audio works.. my guess is its due to something funky...

1.- New iDVD project 2.- Import AVI file (with 2 languages on it) 3.- Create DVD disc image: so iDVD encode the stuff into DVD format 4.- Burn DVD image into physical disc 5.- Insert DVD into MAC, DVD recorder is launched. Using IDVD 6, I burned 7 DVDs. 3 had audio, 4 didn't. All had the obligatory music intro from IDVD program but when you pressed play for my movie there was no sound. All DVDs were from the same batch. I trashed preferences, etc. It did nothing.
