Tonight, I re-installed the software for the tape recorder intending to transfer an audio file. Unfortunately, my computer running Windows 8.1 apparently no longer has the IMA ADPCM codec anymore because I was able to transfer files from the tape recorder to my PC a while back; but not anymore.
