Klar, "um professionelle Aufnahmen zu erstellen braucht man ein Audio Interface", aber in der Praxis hat das dazu geführt, dass 99 Prozent meiner Aufnahmen über den Line in gingen. Mir ist klar, dass das kein Mikroeingang war, trotzdem hab ich ihn ständig für irgendwas benutz um mal schnell was aufzunehmen und gleichzeitig Kopfhörer.

I am using a TRRS plug (4 poles, standard CTIA) and the microphone isn't working. Sound settings do not allow the option to use the 3.5 port for audio input. When plugging the same thing into a phone, everything works just fine. So, I have to assume Apple just didn't bother to wire it properly. –
