Unplug the Scarlett, turn the computer off for a few seconds. Leave the Scarlett unplugged, turn the computer back on. Go to System Settings/Sound and set everything (Input/Output) to built-in audio. Input, choose something other than Microphone if possible but not digital, Output to built-inaudio or whatever works for the computer speakers.
