I saw a similar post for another motherboard, but that thread was not solved: I have a DG965WH motherboard running Windows XP Pro 32-bit. In the device manager I see no audio device, and if I download the driver install for the audio (IDT 92XX) it says I don't have hardware that matches this driver...

You can fit 3rd party graphics cards, nVidia 6600 or ATI Radeon 9550 or better to get some performance back. Sound on your motherboard is Sigmatel, and I don't think that Windows 7 is supported at all. From what I have seen, running Vista drivers in compatibility mode doesn't work either. You would probably have to buy a 3rd party sound card.
