Jamo C607 Let me clarify one point on the dark apple finish, it is not some cheap color impregnated thing you find on cheap American made wood colored speakers. This is a photo finished vinyl that is so good you need a excellent close vision (or magnifying glass) to even decide if it is real or not.

Interesting...a friend of mine had a pair of Jamo C607's for a while and I compared them to the Monitor Audio's, along with the Paradigm Studio 60's and a pair of Cantons (can't remember the model number). Every ear is different and every system is different but I'll be right up front and say that both speakers did well to my ears.

The Jamo J-12 and Klipsch R-12 are pretty much the same thing from the same company with some slight differences. I had the J-12 and it was a decent sub, but did run into some port noise issues. I've never auditioned the Polk HTS 12, but it looks to be a better sub if the money is the same.

AverageJoeAudiophile. · 1y Founder: KEF R900, JBL 580, Emotiva B1. Polk T50 are not good, they don't have a real cross over. The jamo or built well and pretty. But would not be considered accurate, and have issues with off axis response. The Pioneer are long standing considered good, but they are a little short and not voiced to be bright.
