this is a great sounding amp with power. smooth, bass, highs are great. well balanced sound, and well suited to new age, jazz, and classical music. also folk. I do want to say that with the level one upgrade done at Jolida for only $200 is a great deal.

Jolida advised at least leaving it on/burning it in with music for 300/24 hours, respectively. They said that the tube is very neutral and that it "won't sound very different." Surprised in hearing that, I assumed he meant that the sound would be nearly the same if both the Dimension and Bass EQ knobs were left at "zero" position.
