This might be related to the use of -pedantic and -ansi). This is reported as a bug against glibc, #203303, and that problem should be fixed as well, I guess. But the proper fix for this is probably to stop using the kernel header file, and instead include a standalone header file with the structs and defines needed by kdemultimedia.
