Made sure hdmi cable works. Made sure all physical connections work (hdmi ports) In Windows: Changed default sound output to my tv. Changed audio format to 24 bit, 48000 Hz. Ensured all drivers are correct, enabled, running and authentic. Reinstalled drivers through geforce experience - clean install. In Linux:
