Most of it is analog, apparently (link). There are up to two CD quality equivalent digital audio tracks, but the remaining audio tracks (if present) and the video track are pulse-width modulated analog (which makes them discrete time but continuous value, as opposed to tape, which is (sort of) continuous time but discrete value).

The truth is that laserdisc video is 100% analog. There’s an optional digital audio track, but by default the audio will be entirely analog as well. I have no idea how they fit the three tracks side-by-side in different formats on the same medium, I’m not a scientist, but I suspect it’s really clever in a 1978 kind of way.

I know digital laserdisc audio is but I don't know a ton about analog ld audio. I'm wanting to get a copy of an anime movie that since the ld/VHS era has had a modern redub that I frankly don't like as much as the classic one from the 80s(yes nostalgia I know but still it's what I grew up with) and then sync that audio to the bluray.
