I use MPC players with LAV Filters and passthrough HDR using madVr - Same as you OP. My old Denon S720W plays DTS HD High Resolution 5.1 and 7.1 with no problems and sounds great. The receiver displays DTS-HD HR as it should. MPC-HC comes with LAV Filters as part of the install. The newest MPC-HC may or may not have the latest LAV Filters.

I've the same probleme with DTS HRA with Onkyo TX 646. With a pS3, It's ok. But with my pc, dts-hra become dts (passthrough with MPC hc LAv or Ffdshow). I can read dts-Ma. I've tried to disable passtrough to send signal decode but my Onkyo says PCM 2.0. would it be possible that the problem comes from windows 10 64b ?

In your LAV decoder settings, did you check all the HD audio boxes? TrueHD and DTS HD? In the LAV settings, in Options under Bitstreaming, make sure the option "Fallback to PCM if bitstreaming is unspported" is unchecked. Somehow, even though your audio is being bitstreamed, LAV thinks its not and sends lossy Dolby or DTS signals.
