Make sure you've directed the sound output correctly by checking your Pref settings. If your second Cinema display also has speakers make sure they are disabled. The last issue with out of sync sound can be the codec being used, make sure you have the latest version. In some cases your system may have resource issues.

I have a 24" Apple Cinema Display that features a separate USB cable for data/audio/isight. It works perfectly in OS X, but in Windows 10 upon plugging in the usb cable the audio will work, but only for about a minute, then it will stop working. Windows still sees an "apple usb audio device" but no sound will come out.
