No you can't use the internal speakers becuase the tv doesn't support DTS AT ALL. No playback or passthrough . OP yes IF you playback movies dvd, blu ray etc from xbox it will not play DTS audio from any disk or source. Hence no support of DTS. Usually there is some form of Dolby audio on a DTS disk but not 100% of the time.

LG CX does not have DTS support and does not passthrough DTS of any kind to your receiver or soundbar.
