Amps It's true Lightning audio is now owned by Rockford corp. But do not mistake the fact that Lightning amps are NOT built by Rockford Fosgate. The Lightning amps are produced over seas and are not exactly what I would call a good quality amplifier. In my opinion the best rule of thumb is to stick with American made amps.
