Try using Built-in audio driver, if you use an external audio interface. If it works with Built-in driver, then you have to remove and then install audio interface driver again. Also, make sure you use only stable plug-ins by checking your plug-ins in Preferences -> Audio Units Manager.

That's pretty much my next suggestion although there is a quicker way of doing that instead of one channel at a time :) In the mixer window of the project that is causing the problem go to the mixer's 'options' and choose copy audio configuration.
