You could try enabling "Follow Tempo" in the region parameter box. This will allow you to transpose the audio like you can with AppleLoops. The results may not be to your liking, but worth a try. You could also manually (destructively) use Time and Pitch Machine in the File Editor, or try Flex Pitch.
