The LS90 was a very good sounding speaker as long as you don't position it too close to walls (makes them a bit bottom heavy). Actually they were one of the first of the "new" Polks - the first series to use the Dynamic Balance drivers. Imaged great, played freakin' loud. Use a good amp. Original retail price about $1500/pr.

Polk RT5 rears These are very good speakers for general music reproduction. They are the smallest of the LS line, I believe (LS50, LS70, LS90).
