All of a sudden my lync 2013 x64 stopped recognizing my Audio device. If i go to settings=> audio devices i get a yellow box saying "We didn't find an audio device, which you need for calling. If you have one already, try checking Windows Device Manager to make sure it's installed and working."

Hi all, i'm having a weird situation with some of the workstations. In fact, in the same machine, with Lync 2010 every thing works well (audio video), but with Lync 2013 no audio device is detected... the OS is Windows 7 Pro...any help would be appreciated · Check these out threads out as well. Lync 2010 recognized all Audio devices, Lync 2013 as part of Office 2013 did not work - both as 32 and 64 Bit Version. After a lot of trying I found a solution: I had to disable the USB Virtualization Driver which was installed für XP-Mode (the virtual XP machine since Windows Vista for hardware compatibility).
