I'm going through the same thing in 64 bit Windows 7 pro. Like Snuffleupagus, the driver problem was resolved by manual installation. No such luck for updating GeForce Experience, however. It, too is getting the Data Invalid message. Some online research suggested this is a problem with Windows Permissions.
