Though Avid owns M-Audio now (and Alesis), the Fast Track Pro is no longer on the M-Audio side, but Avid directily works with the Fast Track Pro now. I am not sure why some products stayed on the M-Audio side verses the Avid (or even Alesis), but Avid controls those things now since they own the two companies.
