I run SONAR using M-Audio's ASIO driver at something my CPU can definitely handle, however I still get random clicks and pops during playback, and recording--and when I record, the pops actually get in the recording and show up in the waveform, so this leads me to believe it's a clocking issue. I normally run it at 44.1/16-bit.
