Check to make sure if you have the educational version of the Ozone. We have found that M-audio “educational” products need to use the educational driver in order to install and operate correctly. Attempting to install drivers that were downloaded from M-Audio.com does not seem to work as educational drivers are not available here.

Now, back on topic, I'm not sure what to suggest next. I have no experience with the ozone (I didn't even know it was a keyboard/interface until I looked it up). The correct steps SHOULD be: 1) Install the latest driver 2) select the ozone in GB's prefs 3) Create a Real track (I generally recommend a "New Basic Track" from the menu)
