I was running Sonar 8 PE with an M-Audio Project Mix I/O, went to mix a track recently and purchased Waves H-Series only to find it didn't work with Sonar 8. They suggested I upgrade to Sonar Platinum. I remembered that I had Reaper, tested the plug in and it works great. Now I'd like to get the Project Mix I/O working with Reaper.

reaper sees it in the audio device settings and that (at least the outputs) is working alright. could use some pointers on setting it up as a control surface. there appears to be some communication, as opening reaper causes faders to reset, but after that i can't see a way to make assignments and the transport/shuttle does not work.
