Try removing all the software using the Firewire Family uninstall from the start menu, and manually delete the drivers. Do a fresh install with the firewire cable disconnected.

In perirherials in Pro Tools a can't set "Receive from" to "Projectmix Control Surface". I have only one option instead: "2- Projectmix External MIDI". I can set only "Send to" to "Projectmix Control Surface". Projectmix IO is in Pro Tools mode. My system: Windows 7 (64bit) sp1. Leatest M-Audio drivers. Pro Tools 10. I tried everything. HELP.
