Try removing all the software using the Firewire Family uninstall from the start menu, and manually delete the drivers. Do a fresh install with the firewire cable disconnected.

In perirherials in Pro Tools a can't set "Receive from" to "Projectmix Control Surface". I have only one option instead: "2- Projectmix External MIDI".
