If you have more than one entry, then you have a BIOS installation. You can also run msinfo32 on the Windows side and check BIOS Mode. If it is UEFI, then your Audio will not work. Unfortunately, you will need to re-install Windows, if it is not the correct installation type.

It recognizes the internal speakers and externals connected through the jack, and acts as though it is playing audio with no issues, so I'm sure this is related to the driver installation. I'm just trying to work out if you've actually got a problem with OBS, or whether this is the same problem I linked to-- that the default Apple hardware audio ports often do not work in Boot Camp with latest Windows 10 installed, and the workaround is to use another physical device-- I suggested USB but it sounds like your workaround is bluetooth.
