Take your Mac Pro in and have them check the power supply. Mac Pros are very quiet machines. When the drives make a noise, its more a buzzing sound than a hum. With your hands try putting pressure on the casing in different spots and see if the noise disappears. If it does it's most likely that your drives aren't seated properly.

Disconnect anything the plugs into any ports, including USB devices, network cables, and external monitors, and the charger and see if the hum goes away. Just to rule out any possibility of a ground loop, if the speakers have a grounded (3-prong) power supply, you could try an adapter like this to isolate them from ground.
