Let's click start, and type troubleshoot, and then launch the troubleshooter. Select "playing audio" and see if windows can fix the problem. Right click on the volume icon on the taskbar, and look at your options. You should have volume mixer, and about 3/4 others. Go into these, and make sure none are disabled or muted.

There are two types of Windows installations. EFI and BIOS. EFI does not work correctly on Macs older than late 2013 models. Macs prior to late 2013 require BIOS otherwise Audio does not work. This is achieved by creating a Hybrid MBR using BC Assistant. If you do not use BCA, it is a guessing game on which type is installed.
