I have tried the Magic Jack Plus and the phone on another computer running Windows XP and it works fine. It just seems to have problems on this 2012 Emachine with Windows 7 Home edition on it! Does any one have any answers. I have uninstalled and re-installed the magic jack, tried different USB plugs to no avail.
