Chalk that up to marketing/salesmanship. Well thought out products mostly nonetheless that I would consider if needed. Mapleshade recordings are a real sonic treat on a good system! The sound in the Mapleshade room at Capital Audio Fest last summer was below average though nonetheless. Tweaks can only get you so far.....

Re: Mapleshade. Their recordings are superb. I highly recommend them. Their other products range from overpriced all the way to, you're out of your mind. $800 for a piece of wood and some brass footers (speaker stands)? They sure don't need to sell many with the profit structure they work with.
