@ricardopvz from XDA Developers forum has finally modded the MaxxAudio to work in CM11 and CM12 builds without having force closes, and it has all 10 bands, i have tested with my Oneplus one which is running Temasek's CM12 Unofficial build and it works like a charm. You can test on ur lollipop build and check urself out.
