I replaced the MB3731 audio amp, and I can hear a crackle/pop when game initially boots and rubbing my finger on the amp pins causes some noise to come through the speakers. I think the amp chip is good. The sound z80 comes out of reset and has a clock signal, but only some of the address lines are pulsing.
