Normally you should press and hold the CDC button on your Audio 20 to activate the ipod on your dashboard. From there, on your steering wheel you use both the up/down arrows to navigate (like the rotating wheel on the ipod) and the phone connect/hang-up buttons (like the "click"button on the ipod).

211 ipod kit HI sorry i pod retrofit is not possible unless you have command or aps 50, aux socket is possible on 203 audio 20 but without registration date its not possible to tell on your vehicle. all audio 20's have audio gatway its just a question of if its in the boot oe integrated in the head unit, if its integrated in the head unit you should be able to fit aux socket.

Can't understand MB's stance towards apple products. I'm not a fan of all apple products, but accept iPod as the market leader - MB want £195 to integrate it in the car - more than the iPod costs I understand (but have no first hand knowledge) that Becker Travel Pilot (Audio 20's integrated sat nav) doesn't support the apple platform.
