Yeah I'm aware of that. It's an audio 20 unit - my understanding is that you can set the phone (bluetooth) at a different volume from the volume the stereo plays. I assume the reason maybe because the phone mic might not pick things up enough at the stereo volume.

To my understanding of Comand & Audio20 (NTG4.x) in my previous W204 (C class), Comand comes with a larger screen with a harddisk and GPS inside for navigation.
