NOTE - ONE-WAY AUDIO ISSUE only with PRI CALLS.....ON-NET Calls always work properly over both MPLS links for inter-region and intra-region calls... Also to clarify, same MGCP Gateway (3925) registered with CUCM 9.1.2 over a MPLS Link of 10MBPS along with a local / native PRI does work perfectly fine..means both way audio, without any fail.
